BOB Merchant Terms (summary)

Better Online Businesses LLC (New Hampshire) runs the BOB registry, review verification and pre-chargeback mediation service. BOB is a private company, not a government agency or charity.

• Reviews are never removed for payment. Your plan has no effect on which genuine reviews are published. Reviews are removed only after a documented audit finds they break the rules.
• The BOB Verified™ seal is a revocable license. It is suspended automatically if your grade falls below B or you ignore buyer cases.
• You agree to respond to every BOB resolution case within 48 hours.
• Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from your billing page. Fees already paid are not refunded when accreditation is suspended for standards violations.
• BOB's evidence packets help with chargeback disputes, but the card issuer makes the final decision.
